Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vancouver.Capital's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Vancouver.Capital provides business consulting, technology solutions, and advisory services including:

• Growth acceleration and strategic consulting
• Digital transformation and technology implementation
• Web development and automation solutions
• AI and business intelligence services

Consultations

Free consultations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal engagement or professional advice. Any recommendations provided during consultations are general in nature and should not be relied upon without further analysis.

Engagement Terms

Formal engagements require:

• A signed service agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and fees
• Payment terms as specified in the agreement
• Mutual confidentiality obligations
• Clear success criteria and milestones

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property created during an engagement belongs to the client upon full payment. Vancouver.Capital retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies.

Limitation of Liability

Vancouver.Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due and payable.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
